Applications for the next phase of the National Freelance Training Program (NFTP), a collaboration between the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) and the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) to offer online work opportunities to youth in Pakistan, are now open. PITB Chairman, Faisal Yousaf, stated that the NFTP has already made a difference, with over 9,000 students completing training and earning over $2.2 million in foreign exchange.

The program provides 3-month training in Technical Content Marketing, Advertising, and Creative Designing at 20 centers across the country. The government of Pakistan offers 70% to 100% fee discounts. To apply, candidates must have a National Identity Card, domicile from their respective province, and a graduate degree. The age limit for admission to NFTP is 18 to 40 years.

The admission process is done on an open-merit basis. The training program aims to empower over 21,000 individuals to become self-sufficient through its 20 state-of-art centers. To apply, visit the NFTP website (www.nftp.pitb.gov.pk) and fill out the online application form.
