Job Description:
Ø Responsible to check services random file through system.
Ø Responsible to Prepare of FS for quarterly, half yearly and
annually in accordance with IAS/ IFRS.
Ø To Review checklist and ensure closure of all monthly
activities by 10th of each month.
Ø To Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of all
monthly adjustments.
Ø Prepare reasonable basis of allocation for centralized
expenses.
Ø To Identify and review cost drivers of each head.
Ø To Review depreciation and amortization schedule on monthly
basis.
Ø Supervise Fixed Assets team and monitor monthly closing and
charging of depreciation in accurate manner.

Qualifications
and Experience:
Ø Candidate should be
ICMA qualified with 5 years’ experience & MBA (Finance) / ACCA / CA
intermediate/ M.Com qualified with 7 years’ post qualifying related work
experience preferably in a construction company.
Ø Should be proficient at
the use of MS Office and experience on Oracle (financial module).
Ø Good communications and
interpersonal skills
