1. Recovery Officer

Job Responsibilities:

§  Ensure that recovery targets of the classified and write-off portfolio are met as per the strategy.

§  Ensure delinquency accounts of assigned portfolio are handled as per the target given.

§  Ensure recovery of write-off portfolio and maintain the level as per the minimum threshold set by the management.

§  Devise customized recovery strategy on a case-to-case basis.

§  Ensure visits to delinquent customers on daily basis and maintain the activity report. Ensure maintenance of up-to-date customer contact information of the assigned portfolio.

§  Ensure strong liaising with Branch Manager and Loan Officers for prompt recoveries.

§  Ensure compliance as per the Banks policies and procedures.

§  Ensure that recovery notices are issued to classified customers as per the guidelines of the Recovery Manager.

Job Specification:

§  Minimum Intermediate preferably graduate in Business Administration / Commerce 

§  Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

 

2. Collection Officer

Job Responsibilities:

§  Reviewing the bank’s customers’ list.

§  Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue amount.

§  Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

§  Negotiating suitable payment plans.

§  Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments

§  Finding and contacting customers to arrange payoffs.

§  Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.

§  Escalating calls to managers when required.

§  Adhering to legislative guidelines and Bank’s regulations at all cost.

§  Answering inbound and outbound calls. 

§  Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with customers.

§  Handle questions or complaints regarding collection.

§  Collection Officers should have the drive and ability to communicate well and work through obstacles to get results.

 

Locations: Islamabad & Karachi

 

 Job Specifications:

§  Minimum Intermediate preferably graduate in Business Administration / Commerce

§  Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

§  Must have previous background in collection of disbursed loans.

 

3. Internal Audit Officer

Job Responsibilities:

§  Perform audit activities as per Annual Audit Plan or as directed by Team Lead to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of audit activities.

§  Perform compliance, and as needed financial and operational audits, confidential special projects, on-site field audits and support fraud investigations.

§  Develop and demonstrate visionary skills in the performance of assigned audit activities.

§  Provide assistance to team lead, regulators and external auditors.

§  Enhance professional/business relationships and the communication and transparency of Internal Audit activities and results.

§  Prepare audit working papers and maintain audit evidences.

§  Develop audit recommendations that are relevant, complete, and accurate for complex audit assignments.

Job Specifications:
Preferably M Com / MBA alongside ACCA (Qualified/Part Qualified Certification)
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Job requires frequent travelling for branch audit purpose.
