Description
·
Responsible
for scrutinizing patient’s socio-economic assessment specially huge dues cases
in the light of hospital policy.
·
Conduct
family counseling as per recommendation of welfare coordinator (if need) and
keep keen look on running bills of welfare patients.
·
Provision of
welfare services to the deserving patients specially huge outstanding cases.
·
Conduct ward
visit if need.
·
Supervise the
welfare coordinators/assistant and all departmental affairs discussing with AM
and HOD.
·
Liaison among
patient/attendant, Consultant, Para-Medical Staff , Audit and Cash department
if need.
·
Manage,
organize and update the relevant data of all welfare cases and update the record
as per International Standard Operation (ISO 9001:2015)
·
To manage all
the donors accounts of welfare department.
·
Responsible
for approval of welfare cases (IN/OUT).
·
Responsible
to make sure for timely presentation of welfare report

Eligibility
Criteria
·
Masters
preferable in Sociology or Graduation with 5 years of related experience.
·
Should be
familiar with computer software like MS-Office.
·
Ability to
handle multiple request simultaneously.
·
Should have
good verbal and written communicational skills.
