Introduction
You will be
responsible to assist for the effective planned preventive maintenance of Power
Plant and equipment’s of Waste Heat Recovery Plant.

Boiler Attendant
|
Responsibilities Specifically, you will be
responsible to:
- operate
smooth, effective and efficient operation of steam boiler and assist in
the operation of steam chiller hot water chiller and other associated
equipment
- carryout
repairs / trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of Boilers / related
equipment to ensure trouble free service to users
- ensure
safeties of Boilers and its associated equipment in accordance of boiler
act of Pakistan
- ensure
proper logging of operation activities of Heat recovery equipment on
regular basis
- report
to Engineers on operation and maintenance requirements of power plant equipment
follow personal and equipment safety procedures
- ensure
good housekeeping of the heat recovery plant, boiler, chillers, cooling
towers and associated machineries
- Carry
out any other job as assigned by the Engineer.
- follow
safety standards on performance of Boilers and take necessary steps for
proper observation of safety practices, rules and regulations, elimination
of potential hazards and implementation of plant safety program
Job Requirements
- First
Class Boiler Attendant competency certificate from Government of Pakistan
- Diploma
of Associate Engineering
- should
have technical knowledge of safety requirements for boiler operations
- minimum
5 to 7 years of practical experience on steam boilers & pressure
vessels
- familiar
with electric controls related to boilers and accessories
- Good
communication skills.
